Pineapple peeling machine is composed of front bearing seat, rear bearing seat, skinning tool holder, through core tube, skinning tube, motor, frame, etc.
Feature and Advantages
1. This machine is specialized to peel pineapple.It can peel the skin and remove the core to get cylinder pineapple without core.
2. Material contact with food is made of 304 stainless steel.
3. Customer need to prepare the air compressor.
4. Manual work to cut off the head and tail of pineapple first, then put pineapple on the feeding frame with adjustable center height;
5. Pineapple is pushed by air cylinder and scarfskin is cut by specially- made blades then be pushed into peeling cylinder to remove pineapple skin;
6. Meanwhile pineapple core will be removed to get cylinder shape pineapple. With or without core is optional.

Working procedure
The first step: The worker needs to cut off the both end of the pineapple before using this machine.
The second step: the worker put the pineapple on the feeding rack.
The third step: the pineapple will be pushed to go through peeling blade and coring blade to become cylindrical pineapple.
Note: If you only need to remove the skin, you can remove the coring blade inside the feeding rack.
