Soybean oil refining machine crude oil refinery

The oil is out of oil press workshop is crude vegetable oil. The pranut needs to remove its shell, and remove small iron, small stone and impurities by cleaning equipment, then enters the crusher and flaking roll for getting small thin pieces, which is good for getting better edible oil. Then the falked embryos needs to go through steam coooker, after its steaming heating, the material becomes more suitable for pressing. After the oil press, we get the crude peanut oil, and then take the filtration. Finally, we pumped the crude peanut oil by oil pumpp to oil refinery tank by oil pump from crude oil tank.

The methods of peanut oil refinery have chemical refining, physical refining and cold filtration. It is also divided into batch oil refinery, semi-continuous and continous oil refinery, which is decided by the requirements of users. The folloowing parts are the short introduction of oil refining, as follows:

1, Acid refining and degumming: physical refining requirements must be full and complete, because the residual phospholipids in the oil easily decomposed at high temperatures, affect the color of the oil, and cause odor.

2, The adding amount of phosphoric acid should maintain stable, and without interruption, oil not less than 0.1% of oil amount.

3, Add water to moderate, heating water amount of multi-effect mixer should be associated with heating water amount before centrifugal mixer, the total at between 7% to 8%. If the previous corresponding amount of water is much more, then later add some little water, and vice versa.
Bleaching: The adding amount of bleaching earth in physical refining should be bigger than that in chemical oil refining. Generally determined based on the quality of crude oil and product requirements, the range is between 1% to 2.5%. Bleaching temperature, bleaching time, vacuum degree and other conditions should be same with chemical refining.

Deacidification deodorization: In the deacidification deodorization process, free fatty acids and low molecular weight substances under conditions of high temperature vacuum and direct steam are distilled out. The deodorization temperature in physical refining is higher than the conventional deodorization temperature, generally between 250 to 260 degree.
