Precautions and maintenance:

1, gear box lubricants and rolling bearing grease cavity should be replaced regularly.

2, coating pan such as long-term need to be cleaned, and produce toxic compounds in the copper surface coated with oil to prevent oxidation of copper pot or moisture.

3, in order to ensure lubrication inside the worm gear reducer drive, run in the cabinet temperature should not exceed 50C.

4, anti-worm shaft oil seals should be checked regularly and replaced (usually no more than six months).

5, the machine must be grounded.

6, can not be arbitrarily removed electrical and belt guard.

7, each addition of liquid or dusting should be evenly distributed; each addition of liquid and distributed evenly, should be thoroughly dried before once again added, and the solution viscosity should not be too large, otherwise easy distribution and so on.

8, the machine after discharge, such as no longer coated, respond within the mechanical and piping for cleaning.

9, the machine in operation, do not touch the mouth or other things block the blast and gun, to avoid damage to the blower and guns.

10, after the finished coating must be low-temperature drying (preferably dried), and continue to flip; avoid exposure and high temperature baking, or easy to make pills weeping discoloration.

11, gun system when not in use to dismantle the parts down to save, gun and other components should be kept separate from the liquid before saving cup, water, open the valve, the internal cleaning of the spray gun.

Troubleshooting

1, spray liquid or spray gun does not spray liquid unevenly

    Reason: Gun has been blocked or damaged

    Solution: put on a liquid cup boiling water for cleaning or replacement of the spray gun

2, the blower does not work

   Reason: The temperature is too high, causing damage of blower

   Solution: Replace blower

3, coating unevenness

   Reason: The temperature did not be controlled.
   
   Solution: adjust the temperature and place blower place well

4, Machine vibration

   Reason: uneven ground

   Solution: Moved to a flat place for operation
