2t/D Soybean Peanut Sunflower Refining Canola Crude Oil Refinery Plant Equipment
Process Category: depending on different techniques of oil seeds and crude seed oil, different customer requirements for finished products, different processing capacity and different refining methods, the company's refining equipment is divided into three types: batch refining equipment, semi-continuous refining equipment, the whole continuous refining equipment.
Process characteristics:
First, Features:

Second, main equipment:
1, two refining tanks interactive work or work individually at same time, refining time accelerated.
2, bleaching tank works under vacuum, automatic suction adsorbents (bleaching earth).
3, automatic slag filter, filter bleaching earth mechanism, without manual operation.
4, deodorization tank is made of stainless steel 304, ensure the quality of oil; built-in Double pipe heating and cooling integration.
5, soap salting tanks for refined oil feet, partially get clear oil, to reduce losses of refined oil.
6, oil furnace supporting with steam generator, no need to prepare steam boiler.
7. Other supporting equipment air compressors, vacuum pumps, all kinds of infusion pumps, control cabinet and installation materials, and all other operating platforms included; user can use without purchasing additional equipment.
Note:
1,Preparation of rice bran oil is mostly from the leaching process, and since the storage time of raw materials is different, the acid value is too high, so suggest the whole process use physical refining, the advantages are low loss, good quality of product oil. Wax content of rice bran crude oil is the 3-5%, so dewaxing process must be configured. Fatty acid sodium content in rice bran oil soapstock is more than 40%, can be used to make laundry soap.
2,The processing of palm oil (pulp oil) and palm kernel oil (nut oil) in two different oils is different, fatty acid composition and physical properties are also different. Refining method is similar, but very different in specific operations.
3,The crude oil storage time should not be too long, prevent the acid value being increased, affecting the crude oil quality and oil rate of refining.
Recommended options: Physical refining process has advantages, such as, economic, high efficient and easy to operate, energy saving and easy to handle wastewater and other advantages.
