Structural features and working principle:

The equipment is mainly composed of feeding hopper, front support seat, spiral, filter net, juice holder, rear support, pneumatic pressing components, components such as slag taps. During operation, the material enters the screw juicer through the feeding hopper. The spiral diameter increases gradually along the direction of the slag outlet and the pitch gradually decreases. When the material is spirally advanced, the volume of the spiral cavity is reduced to form a material. press. The raw material is added to the feed hopper, pressed under the advancement of the spiral, and the pressed juice flows through the filter into the bottom of the juicer, and the waste is discharged through the annular gap formed between the spiral and the tapered portion of the pressure regulating head. The movement of the pressure regulating head in the axial direction can adjust the size of the gap (controlled by the cylinder control button on the control cabinet), and change the size of the gap, that is, adjust the resistance of the slag to change the slag rate, but if the gap is too small, Under strong extrusion, some of the slag particles will be extruded through the filter together with the juice.
