Steam evaporator is the key equipment of wet meal desolventizing in oil mill plant and anti-nutritional factors of passivation meal. Now the steam evaporator has become the good new equipment under the guidance of market for many years, which has the function of desolventizing, simple to operate, stable product quality.

1, Unique vapor permeability plate design, it makes mixed vapor distilled from the upper rows evenly penetrate the material layer, and does not make wet meal fall from steam holes, mixed vapor vapor temperature can be reduced to 700C, not only the good effect of desolventizing, but also saves a lot of
direct steam, reducing the load of the condenser condensate.

2, The blanking layer of steam evaporator, adopts automatic control blanking valve, ensuring constant material level of steam evaporator layer and sufficient desolventizing time, and separate the steam evaporator layer from the bottom drying layer to avoid losses caused by small amounts solvent gas downward in the production.

3, The steam evaporator adopts one fixed bearing for fixing spindle head and a push shaft bearing for fixing lower head.
