Description:
The servo motor and the constant temperature control system is adopted.The production process is controlled by PLC program from compounding -forming - welding- punching- spot welding ear loops completed at one time, and the entire production process is fully automated.
With processes such as hot-pressed folding molding, ultrasonic welding, scrap removal, and welding of earband nose bridge strips. The production rate of masks is 100 pieces / min and above, and the pass rate is over 98%, the production efficiency is double of the similar products.
