Introduction of peeling machine
DLGT-180 is specially designed and developed for high grade market of cereal grains. It can work independently without need any accessory machines. It adopts purely dry way low temperature peeling technology. Through rubbing, grinding and cutting processes, it separates skin from grain kernel. It is easy to operate, high peeling performance rate, low loss or wastage, no wear parts design concept, and almost zero maintenance cost.

Work principle
Soya beans, corn, wheat, rice paddy comes into pusher via hopper. Under pushing effect of pusher, they are sent to peeling room. Inside peeling room, material gets rotated on emery rollers. During rotation, emery roller removes skin. Peeled kernel comes out of machine under pusher effect. Bran comes out of machine via wind web dust control system.

It is composed of peeling system, pressure control system, wind separation system, and kernel receiving system. With this one machine, it can automatically finish peeling and dust control etc. Besides corn, wheat, barley, it peels very successfully for soya beans, green peas, black soya beans, lentils, black eye beans,gram, mung beans, chickpeas, etc. This technology has filled the blank for cereal grain peeling industry.
