1. All of our machines, promise one year warranty and lifetime maintenance. At the warranty, thaaae supplier will repair and replace the wrong parts free if the damage is caused by quality. If it is over the warranty period, we will provide the parts with only cost fee. If the damage is caused by human factors, supply-side repair or supplied accessories are carried at cost price.

2. If the machine is damaged within or outside warranty period, we will give the solution, suggestion or post the replacements within 24 hours after we get the news from user.

Precautions for Safe Usage:

1.Before use, check if all fasteners of the machine is tightened, and the belt is tensioned. 
2.The spindle rotation direction must comply with the direction of the arrow shown in a protective cast, otherwise it will damage the machine and could cause personal injury.  
3. Check the electrical is complete. 
4.Check the grinding room of grinder to confirm there is no metal and other hard debris, otherwise they will break tool and affect operation of the machine.  
5. Should check the purity of the material before being crushed, does not allow hard metal debris mixed, avoid to damage the cutter or cause burning and other accidents. 
6.Oil cup of the machine should be always injected with lubricating oil to ensure the normal operation of the machine.  
7. Stop feeding before stopping, if not continue to use the machine, clear remnants. 
8. Regularly inspect tool with the screen is damaged, if damaged, should be replaced immediately.   
9. During using the machine, it has a slight vibration, be sure to tighten the lid handle, to avoid accidents.
