Main parts material:
Host box cast for cast iron
Auger spindle and spiral blades are 304 stainless steel
The filter is a wedge-shaped 304 stainless steel strip filter. The gap is 0.25mm, 0.5mm, 0.75mm, and 1.0mm depending on the treated material.
Rack is made of channel steel and angle steel

Technological process
Processing capacity:
CT200 treats 15-20 cubic meters of pig manure per hour and about 1.5 cubic meters of dried pig manure.
CT280 treats 20-25 cubic meters of pig manure per hour, and about 3 cubic meters of dried pig manure;
The above treatment amount will have a certain amount of error depending on the consistency of the septic tank.
Equipment packaging:
Ordinary packaging is straw + plastic film packaging, can be customized according to the needs of wooden packaging.
