      At higher temperatures, bran wax molecules are dissolved in oil as dispersion state. Because of its high melting point, when the temperature is gradually lowered, it will be crystallized and separated from oil phase, which makes oil the opaque so that affect the appearance of the grease. At the same time, high wax content of rice bran oil feels paste mouth when eating it, affecting appetite, it can not be absorbed and digested by the human body, it is necessary to be removed. Also need "dewaxing" when it used corn oil to produce salad oil. The process of wax removal is referred to as "dewaxing."
