Small coffee roaster, also called Stainless steel gas fired small coffee roaster. Remove shell of oil seeds, such as as cottonseed, peanut, can increase press capacity and oil yield of oilseeds.
Operation method of roaster:( Take sesame, rapeseed, peanut, cotton seed, soybean, and sunflower for example)
1. Sesame: It is better to fry sesame in brown color before being pressed, (observation nut color by hand pinching the skin on), has burst, and keep two small fire fried seed in two heads, big fire in middle. The pressing temperature is 140-150 ºC, 1-1.2% moisture, cake is a long shape.
2. Rapeseed: first fry rapeseed to hot by fierce fire, until the explosion sound, then fry with little fire until rapeseed appears brown red when opened, when pressed the rapeseed temperature is 120-130 ºC, moisture 1- 1.5%, the cake thickness 0.8-1.5mm, was small pieces, brown-red.
3. Peanut: Before frying, the peanuts should be soaked, in the process of frying, the kernel should be fried to 80 percent mature, touch by hand, separate nut from skin, benevolence pale yellow, about the temperature of 130 ºC, water 1-2%, the cake thickness 0.7-1.2mm, pie-shaped elongated wrinkles, oil output is smooth.
4.Cottonseed nut: before pressing into the oil press, the nuts are fried into light yellow, temperature is 120-130 ºC, 1.5-2.5% moisture, cake thick 1-1.5 (south, north of the moisture content varies, properly grasp moisture). 80-100 ºC, 6-8% moisture, thick cake of first press is 1.5-2mm, the second time the cake thickness 0.7mm, but when pressed twice the yield will decline.
5. Sunflower: first selection of raw material, the raw material before frying should be soaked into water, frying the seeds with middle fire, the pressing temperature 120-130 ºC, 1-2% moisture.
6. Soybeans: Scoop burst into eaten before being pressed, temperature 120-130 ºC, 1.5-2.8% moisture, cake thickness 0.7mm, drain again, one time press can press the oil, but the cake is too burned and big loss of protein. So it is better to choose twice press process for soybean.
Working Principle and Notes
1. Please check the wires to make it is safe before operation, to make sure no electricity leakage and ground wire connected.
2. Keep the machine idle, after running 5-10 minutes, if it running normally then begins to work.
3. During the frying process, nobody can be allowed to close to machine except operator staff, please do not touch the machine body.
4. Operating period depends on crop amount, usually 15-30 minutes, according to the normal work, it can fry 2-3 drum per hour
5. When Frying finished, shift to the reverse switch, the fried crops come out of the drum, turn off the power, and end the entire production process.
The heat source of roaster can be firewood, charcoal, wood, gas or electricity.
