Product Description

Oil refinery plant, 200T physical rice bran crude oil refinery plant. Physical refining of oil means distillation deacidification, according to the significantly different characteristics of volatility of triglycerides and free fatty acids (under vacuum) at high vacuum (residual pressure 600 Pa or less) and high temperature (240 ~ 260 ºC) carried out the principle of steam distillation, to reach the purpose of removing free fatty acids and other volatile substances. Physical oil refining process consists of two parts, namely the pre-treatment and distillation deacidification of crude oil.
